A comfortable, mid-terrace 4 Star Gold Devon holiday cottage that’s been recently refurbished to a high standard. Bright and airy with breath-taking views over the Estate and the Devon countryside beyond.

Living

Small flight of steps to entrance opening to compact open plan living/dining area with a modern, flat-screen, smart TV. Deep, comfy sofa, three armchairs and cosy log burner.

Dining

Sleek, compact, U-shaped kitchen area; dining table, with chairs and benches, seating 6. Stairs to ground floor bedrooms, with integral stair gate at top.

Sleeping

Bed one, spacious room, with super king bed and space for cot. Doors to small patio. En suite shower room, with WC, small hand basin and heated towel rail.

Bed two, smallish room, twin beds, a cot might be a little of a tight squeeze!

Bed three, twin bunk room with L-shaped cabin beds, suitable for under 12s only. Space for a cot if neither of the beds in use.

Bathing

Bathroom with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Fully refurbished for February 2025! Modern en-suite shower room in double bedroom. Fully centrally heated by underfloor heating.
