A comfortable, mid terrace 4 Star Gold Devon holiday cottage with great views over the grounds and surrounding hills, to Dartmoor National Park.

Living

Small flight of steps to entrance and to open plan living/dining area. Deep, comfy sofa and three armchairs, with cosy log burner and a modern flat screen television.

Dining

Sleek, U-shaped kitchen area with dining table seating 6. Stairs to ground floor bedrooms, with integral stair gate at top.

Sleeping

Bed one, king size double and space for cot. Doors to small patio. En-suite shower room, with WC, small hand basin and heated towel rail. Bed two, smallish room, twin beds, might be a tight squeeze for a cot too! Bed three, twin bunk room with level L-shaped cabin beds, suitable for under 12s only. Space for a cot.

Bathing

Bathroom with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail. En-suite shower room in double bedroom. Fully centrally heated throughout, with underfloor heating.
