A spacious, secluded and elegant 5 Star Gold detached Devon holiday cottage, perfect for larger groups and family gatherings.

Living

Large, enclosed porch with generous storage for coats and wellies. Light, extremely spacious open plan living area with a vaulted, beamed roof. Plenty of room for adults and children to spread out, with all the toys. Cosy log burner, with chic, comfy sofas and armchairs and flat-screen TV. French doors to a private terrace, via three steps, and lovely views over the grounds and the Devon countryside beyond.

Dining

Generous open plan kitchen within living area, well equipped for larger groups. Large island unit with hob & oven. Fabulous views over the grounds and tennis court from the arched kitchen window. Large refectory style light oak dining table, chairs and bench, seating 10/12. Stairs down to lower floor and bedrooms, with integral stair gate at top.

For Coffee Machine pods please order or bring compostable ones that are compatible with Nespresso Citi Z & Milk Coffee Machine by Magimi. These can be purchased from Amazon here.

Sleeping

Bed one, super king-size double; room for cot. Ensuite with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. (Refurbished 2020).

Bed two, standard double, room for cot. Ensuite with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. (Refurbished 2020).

Bed three, small twin room, with two 2′ 6″ single beds; there is room for a cot but it’s a little tight!

Bed four, compact twin with L-shaped cabin beds, suitable for under 12s only. If the lower level bed is not in use, the mattress can be removed along with the bed base and the cot can be placed in the bed frame. (Please give us notice if you would like this option). Not suitable for a cot when both beds in use.
